Thornton's Hotelzon
Hotelzon is a leading corporate online hotel booking company that offers booking services and technology to corporate clients. The Hotelzon booking system offers the availability and price information and booking functionality to over 90,000 hotels worldwide including an exclusive hotel inventory in Finland, Sweden, China and UK.
Having this system on your desktop will allow you to manage your hotel spend. It will allow you to store bookings to produce a report on where, when and how many room nights you produce meaning that the ability to negotiate company specific corporate rates based on factual knowledge is available to you.
Thornton's Evolvi
Thornton's Evolvi is an on-line UK rail system allowing access to all available special single & return fares of all UK train operating companies. Having the Thornton's Evolvi system on your desktop will mean you can research and book all your rail travel and have tickets issued locally and collected or delivered as required. For those with higher volumes it is possible to install a ticket printer within your office.

As part of our Account Management service we are able to provide analysis of your travel spend booked through us.
This will include a breakdown of traveler, airline, route and fare & tax paid. An option would be to have all fares monitored versus the normal fare charged for a given route versus the lowest fare purchased.
We can also supply a Business Transaction report which shows all travel purchased to include air, hotel, car hire etc.
The information supplied on an agreed monthly or period of your choice will give an opportunity for our account manager to discuss

Our reservation system allows access to the timetables and fares of all the ex UK ferry companies - Stena Line - P&O Ferries - Brittany Ferries - Hoverspeed.
No queuing at railway station booking offices with our provision of rail tickets to you in advance of travel. Our EVOLVI reservation system allows access to timetables and lowest fares available of all the train operating companies throughout the UK. Ticket on departure systems are available now at the majority of main stations throughout the UK if your request is more urgent.
Opportunities exist for companies to have the Evolvi system on their desktop with or without on-site ticketing facilities.
We also have access to reservations & fares taking your car by the services of Eurotunnel should you prefer this method of travel over the car ferry services across the channel.
Our use of Galileo as our main reservation tool allows our clients the opportunity to view their booked itinerary on-line through
'viewtrip.com'. Once reservations are completed the unique booking reference is quoted to the client which allows access to their booking.
This means wherever you are in the world and what ever time of day you will be able to access your reservations. Electronic ticket receipts are also available to you through this system.
Frequent travelers may have their personal travel requests held on our system for activation on each of their bookings.
This may include:
- Frequent flyer numbers with various airlines
- Frequent Guest numbers with certain hotels
- Preferred seating information
- Special meal requests
- Personal e-mail contact information
- Personal mobile phone information
Once stored this information is automatically transferred with each booking without us having to request it each and every time you make a booking.

completed form. if you would prefer to complete this by fax or email

Once processed you will be allocated an individual account code.
We will discuss your individual requirements for invoice and statement despatch and any order or cost centre information required to be displayed on each invoice.

Taking your car to the airport? Book in advance through Thornton's Travel - we have access to advance booking rates which save £££'s on the car parking gate tariff.
We are able to booky at many UK airports Chauffeur Parking which allows for you to drop off your car as near to the departure terminal as security will allow. A pre arranged chauffeur will then park your car for you and return it to meet your homeward flight.
